My Story

Why Work With EverStrongHER Nurse Coaching?

I Haven’t Just Studied This Journey. I’ve Lived It.

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. I also know the hope of finally seeing the scale move—and the challenges no one quite prepares you for.

I lost more than 70 pounds with the help of a GLP-1, but somewhere along the way, this journey stopped being about the weight I wanted to lose and became about the strength I wanted to gain.

For me, that life means traveling, hiking, and discovering what my body is capable of. I fell in love with Pilates, learned to move with strength and confidence, and began taking on adventures I once thought were beyond me. Today, I’ve hiked trails as long as 14 miles and climbed above 10,500 feet—accomplishments that mean more to me than any number on a scale.

My own transformation also changed the direction of my career. I’ve spent 16 years as a registered nurse, with expertise ranging from bedside care and case management to administration and leadership. I received my education at Northeastern University in Boston and the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, which helped build the foundation for a career largely focused on cardiac nursing. Over the years, I’ve cared for acutely ill patients and helped people and their families navigate some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives.

As I transformed my own health, my interests began to shift. I became passionate about nutrition, movement, strength, and the powerful role our everyday habits can play in how we feel and how we live. After years of caring for people once they became seriously ill, I found myself wanting to help women earlier—through wellness, prevention, and a whole-body approach to health.

That realization ultimately led me to change gears and create EverStrongHER. I wanted to bring together my nursing experience, my personal GLP-1 journey, and my genuine love of health and wellness to provide the kind of support I wish I’d had myself—support that looks beyond the scale and considers physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Today, I’m off my GLP-1, maintaining my weight loss, and stronger and more active than I ever imagined. That’s what I want for every woman I coach: not simply to lose weight, but to build the health, strength, confidence, and habits that allow her to live the life she truly wants.

Your goal may not be climbing a mountain. But whatever your mountain is, I want to help you become strong enough to reach it.
